The IAB “Gaming in Advertising” event was held on November 22, under the main sponsorship of Portuma and hosted by StartGate, with the aim of raising awareness among digital advertising industry stakeholders about how they can benefit from the gaming world.

Ozan Emrah Ünal, Founder & CEO of Portuma, shared that the in-game advertising market reached a value of 6.8 billion dollars in 2021 and is estimated to reach 17.6 billion dollars in 2030, and talked about the importance of the event for the relations that the advertiser and agency world will establish with the game industry. Stating that this sector is also a great opportunity for the country’s economy, Portuma CEO Ünal said that both agencies and advertisers can take advantage of the opportunities in the gaming industry.
