The Gamertising event, which took place on November 22, under the main sponsorship of Portuma and hosted by StartGate, has ended.
The aim of the event was to raise awareness among digital advertising industry stakeholders about how they can benefit from the gaming world, and to ensure that participants leave the event with information and insights from which they can derive projects and content.
At the event, the potential of the gaming world in terms of brands and marketing communications was discussed from the perspective of various stakeholders.


Portuma founder Ozan Emrah Ünal was one of the panelists in the panel titled “Digital Transformation in Advertising: The Rise of the Gaming World”. Among the speakers were Havas Istanbul CEO Cüneyt Devrim, Admatic’s Head Of Operations & Partnership Cenk Türkoğlu and Netcom Media’s founder Zeynep Taptık Bilgen.
The event continued with the panel titled “Brands want to be players or bots?” moderated by İpek Dorak, Managing Partner of IPG Mediabrands. Hilal Yılmaz, who is ETİ’s Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager, Mine Alara Halil, TAB Gıda’s Deputy Digital Marketing Manager, and Creator Success Manager Nihan Göktaş from LIVAD Technology.


The last panel of the event was titled “In-Game Advertisements and Player Experience: The Secret of Balance”. Bahçeşehir University Game Lab founder Prof. Dr. Güven Çatak, Wavemaker Managing Partner Sercan Doğan, Wendigo Games co-founder Ataberk Palacıoğlu and Arvis Games co-founder Atakan Cankorur were among the speakers.
The panel, which ended with a pizza party and a pleasant conversation on the terrace, also talked about new collaborations. All guests left the event, which was the main sponsor of Portuma, satisfied.
